Steps

In this video, we review how to upload sales data. Nimble requires two files. The upload format can be customized for each dealership but the uploads always include 1) a sales file, which is typically a direct output from your dealer management system and 2) an employee file with employee data for the pay period (typically includes hours worked, vacation hours, etc). The upload format has to be a CSV file and in the template provided by Nimble. 
Step 1: Click the "Upload"  button on the far right side of the screen, a pop-up will appear,
Step 2: Select the department associated with the data that is being uploaded.
Step 3: Choose the last day of the pay period from the calendar.
Step 4: Complete any additional fields, in the video above this dealership has the option to apply a bonus the salespeople have been accumulating all year. Each dealership will have different variations after the first two input fields. Please reach out to the Nimble Support team if you need additional help.
Step 5: Click the "Attach File" button and choose the file to upload to Nimble.
Immediately after the sales data has been added, the uploader will be asked to upload the employee data. You can find that training here.
